Replacement iPhone

Does anyone know if I replace my iPhone with insurance from T-Mobile does it have the latest iOS software on it? Really don't want to lose my jailbreak. But my iPhone has been acting up.

Depends what OS was available when that phone was manufactured.

I'm guessing it probably would be manufactured before August 13th. Thats the day iOS 8.4.1 came out and pretty sure they would have some stock from before. Thanks guys.

There is no telling this for sure. You would really have to wait and find out for yourself. There are too much variables to consider, so nobody can answer this question with certainty .
