unfortunately I have to go through Sprint's site as a new customer. Trying to get far far away from AT&T

I keep getting kicked out trying to check my eligibilty. If I try on the AT&T site, I can log in my account, see my 2 lines, pick the one I want, then I get an error with my account and I should call after 8AM. OMFG!

OMG, "Apple Activations is currently unavailable" I just got on my iPhone trying to use the Apple Store to upgrade an AT&T account. Are you serious AT&T???

back to apple, checking upgrade eligibility again. Gave me a new message while it checks: "We are currently experiencing high volumes of iPhone orders and may require up to 1 minutes to access your AT&T account information. In order to maintain the priority of your order, please remain on this page"

No, I've tried doing a new line as well. (Well on the Apple Store Anyways.)
Sprint is having the same problems.
Verizon is the only one up and running.
