Nothing on the Display after Cable Change

The power button of my iPhone 4s stopped working so I replaced the power and proximity sensor flex cable. Since then the display is black, doesn't show anything. iTunes recognizes the phone in recovery mode and I replaced the display and then tried with another logic board inside the same phone and it is working. Hence all other parts are ok and the problem is in my logic board. Also the logic board seems to become pretty warm, I think much warmer than it was before.

Does anyone know a way to recover it?
