No service

Hey guys I have been trying to be getting ym service up and running my phones never been taken apart and its missing a screw at the bottom its running 4.3.3 right now just wondering if any of you guys might know what the problem is

Did you buy your phone new or used? What exactly isn't working? Does it function at all? Did it function before?

i bought it used right now its says rogers 3g and now it just went to rogers and now its back to searching, it function fine when i was driving and then all of a sudden it went to no service

so i think its the firmware, cause i get perfect signal strength for a min and then fades away

He never said the phone doesn't work he said he's trying to get his service up and running as in a connection to a network. Good day to you say.
