No Dark Keyboard in IOS 7.1

I have the latest updates on my iPhone 5c, but for some reason, I don't have the option for a dark keyboard in Accessibilities. I don't want to reduce transparency throughout the rest of the menus; I like it. But I would like to be able to have the higher-contrast keyboard. Any ideas why some updates added this option and some did not?

There is no option available for a dark keyboard with the public release of iOS 7.1. Why? Apple opted not to include it.

As D said there is no option for a dark keyboard in iOS 7.1. You can increase the contrast.

You are not talking about BOLD are you where it makes everything bold? This would include the keyboard.
