My Speaker feature is not defaulting in voicemail.

When I retrieve voice mail, the speaker feature does not work. I had this happen about a month ago and took it to Apple store and they corrected it...don't remember how! If I select "Reset Network Settings" in Settings, will that work...or will it delete something else as well.

I believe "Reset Network Settings" is usually an option if you're having network/Wi-Fi issues. . . . If Apple fixed this issue for you before, I would suggest you have them fix it again. You might even attempt to call Apple Support, since it's not working, again, after they "fixed" it.
