I am using iphone 4 which is turbo unlock .so my concern is whether I can update the softwares and iOS of my phone or not?

If you are simply saying that your phone has been carrier unlocked to use on other networks with other carrier SIM cards, Then yes as long as your phone has an update you can update it.
