Lanyard

Has anyone found a workable lanyard accessory for the first gen iPhone? I need to carry my phone while skiing and I sometimes need to return calls while on the lift. The Naked Case that was just reviewed looks great for my use, but I want the extra safety of a wrist lanyard or even a neck lanyard. (yes I know that I should just enjoy skiing, but the reality of my job is such that if I can ski for the morning if I stay in touch)
