I've synced several times thinking my apps weren't arriving somehow...

I don't know what I have on my phone unless I memorize it all, or I'm sitting in front of my comp, with iTunes telling me what I have on it.

Not all the icons are on the springboard, but the apps are still there. WTF????

Do you use Categories? Also, BossPrefs also has the ability to hide springboard apps.

I no longer use categories, as I am changing things up too often, and I suspect categories for causing me to restore once, from removing apps within a category via syncing.

I also don't have BossPrefs anymore either.
