Itunes Sync

I have videos on my PC hard drive they are MPEG & WMA Formats I want to upload some of them to my iphone (software version 3.1) using Itunes version 9.0.1.8. when I select my device I see a menu across the top that says, Summary, Info, Applications, Ring tones, Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, Itunes U, Photo. I am assuming that videos will go in the movies category I have figured out how to upload photos no problem adding music is still tricky but I have not figured out how to upload some MPEG & AVI and WMA videos to my Iphone using Itunes It would be greatly appreciated I have attached to this message a snapshot of my itunes screen.

I fiqured it out, if I save the files as quicktime moves with quicktime pro or format factory I can then sync them to the phone by adding them to the itunes library.
