Is iOS downgrade possible? My iPhone's 7 battery life is very short

Hi. My iPhone's 7 battery life is very short. It drains much faster after the last update. Do you suggest iOS downgrade? Is it possible? I'm not in my hometown, I am in Hawaii and people here suggested me to take this to places like TCAWireless. Should I go to resolve this issue.? Or If anyone knows some battery saving tips please share them with me.Thanks in advance

I recommend you put your device in DFU mode and let iTunes install a fresh full copy of the latest official iOS version. Afterwards, set it up as a new device and NOT from a backup. That should help with the battery performance unless it’s become defective.
