iphone x ear speaker sound muffled or kind of distorted

one of yonger cousin used cutter on my iphone x ear speaker then my grill color peeled off and i am hearing muffled and some sort of distorted sound. What are the reasons and the solution for this? please help me with that

The reason? The speaker is either damaged or something’s covering it and thus preventing it from emitting a clear sound.
