iPhone 3GS 4.3.1 jailbreak/unlock?

Is it possible for a 3GS on 4.3.1 to be jailbroken and unlocked maybe using that iPad 6.15.01 baseband or something? Current baseband was updated to 5.16.02 with 4.3.1 and I don't believe this phone has ever been jailbroken previously. Thanks for your help.

You can not downgrade baseaband on 3GS. The OP only options are use hack 6.15 iPad baseband or wait a long time for 5.16 baseband unlock.

You can use Sn0wbreeze for a tethered jailbreak and flash the iPad 6.15 baseband if you MUST have an unlock right now.
