iPad mini force app size

I have an ipad mini and its running ios 8.4. How can i make apps like instagram run full screen because fullforce isnt compatible with 8.4 yet.

I have an iPad Mini, but I do not use Instagram. Having said that, are you saying that the app doesn't display over the entire screen? What is "fullforce"?

it has black borders around it. And fullforce would make the app fullscreen, and have no borders
