I downloaded IOS 11 Beta and I'm wondering if I will get notified once the actual software is available for everyone to download and if there is anything special i need to do with my iphone.

Hi, welcome to iMore.

Once you are running the GM you won’t get a notification for the official release.
In the rare cases that Apple pushes an updated version of the GM, you will only get notified if they also push it for people with the profile installed on their device. Otherwise you’d have to delete the profile and check for updates after a restart of your iPhone.
