IMessage/SMS bubble glitch!

Exactly what the title says. I will send a text or imessage and the bubble disappears for a second then appears. Doesn't affect the sms/imessage being sent but its annoying as hell. Want to know if it is my phone or IOS8 in general. Anyone else seen this bug?

If you haven't had it I am starting to wonder it is my phone. Doesn't happen all the time but Id say 1 out of 10 messages sent. What is your opinion restore phone or not a big deal? I know its a dumb issue lol.

I've seen it. It's fast. I thought it was something new. If it's a glitch, maybe it will be gone in the update to iOS 9. And you're right, it doesn't happen every time.
