I need to disassociate my mobile phone from the apple log-on, iCloud and iTunes

My phone is currently broken and i'm sending it off to be fixed but i have got to disassociate it first...obviously without using my phone. How do i do this?

If you reset it back to factory it will take care of the jailbreak for you to send for repair. You are going to have to use your phone whether you hook it up to iTunes or under reset - Erase ALL contents and turn off Find My Phone.

How is it "broken"? Can it power on? If you're trying to deactivate the iCloud activation lock, you can login to the iCloud website and remotely wipe the device, however, the device must be connected to the Internet which means it has to be powered on for the wipe to take effect.
