I can't access the ITunes Store!

I'm a new iPhone user and I don't know how to access the ITunes Store. Every time I open it, it gives me a botton that directs me to the ITunes U app. But there's no way for me to get to the ITunes Store. If there is anything I should do, please help me with it! Thanks you so much.
