How to remove apps from iCloud

I want to remove apps from the iCloud because they do not work how do I do this ?

Welcome to iMore! iCloud doesn't store apps. It stores app data. To turn them off, go to settings > iCloud > storage > Manage storage > Tap on your device at the top > Toggle apps off as needed.
