How to add a new device to iCloud

I purchased a new iMac and run OS X Yosemite 10.3.3 having ported all my data from my aged Mac Mini. I however do not see this new iMac as a devise on iCloud if I open my iTunes account. iTunes clearly reflects how a device can be deleted, but does not avail the possibility to add a new devise. The same dispensation pertains to my new iPhone 6 plus. This devise also does not reflect as a devise on iCloud. Anyone out there that can help please. Thank you

Make sure that location services is turned on for it. Also, double-check to make sure you are actually signed in to your iCloud account via the new iMac.
