How do yo get hitchhiker and alien goat in goat simulator ios

I know there is ment to be a towel near a pool on the put-in hotel, but when I got to the spot there were just some bums on lounges. ???

The towel is folded up, it's white and has a number 42 on it. It's on the edge of the pool.
