how to send a fillable PDF via link or email to client, have it filled and sent back?

Question regarding PDFexpert for $9.99; does it also allow the user to send the document to a client? Securely or via icloud link? Let's say I have uploaded a fillable PDF to icloud drive, and now open it in Documents 5 or other. Is there away for me to send the document to a client via email, or better to have a link available for a client to go to fill in the document and send it to me. The closest I have found to such that is usable for mac client, pc client, android client is PDFfiller. Looking to save on the $29.99 / month charge. If it is 1-2 documents. Any suggestions? Can PDFexpert do so?
