How do I get my iPad of of the Loading screen?

Stuck On Looading

Ok so I jailbroke my IPad on IOS8 and I try to reset it but it is stuck on the screen when you update it and the bar isn't loading please help me, Every time I press the home and power button it just makes a flash and starts the loading agian. PLEASE HELP ME
