Adding a purchased, downloaded song as a ring tone

Hi all, have purchased a song & downloaded it, it's in 'my music' however I want it as my ring tone is this possible with only iphone4s & kindle HD ie no computer?

It is possible- I know it's through garage band but I'm nit sure how to do it.
