How can I e-mail someone with an iCloud account from my Yahoo.com account?

a friend of mine is traveling in Italy and has an icloud e-mail address. How can I e-mail her from Florida using my yahoo e-mail that I already have set up, I have her address on icloud....//

You simply email her in the same manner you'd email anybody else - by adding her iCloud email address in the recipient field.
