Hex Editor

Ok,

I want to be able to sync my iphone to my PC (main computer) and my Macbook. I googled it and part of the instructions say open iTunes Library in Hex Editor from my Macbook, but how do I do this? Does anyone have any suggestions?

It's a separate program you need to open the file with.
