Flash disabled and my rear camera ain't working

My iPhone 5s led flash is disabled due to overheating I guess... err time I try it keep showing message "iPhone needs to cool down....."
Tried errthing
Made de phone cool down
Factory reset it
Don't know what to do no more
Pls help!

It honestly sounds a like a trip to the Apple store may be your best bet. It's possible this is a software issue in which case attempting to restore your device via iTunes may resolve it. But if it's hardware related, you'll want to get it to Apple or a licensed repair center.
