iphone 5s software problem maybe

hello, im a iphone 5s user, my phone back camera and flash stop working my phone didn't even fall, by look they look like new. flash light gives error of a triangle with exclamation mark in camera option and dont even work in any app even. when i use back camera phone stucks and when i tap to change to front then front works fine. also my touch id and home button also stopped working. many people said its software issue. i tried factory reset and every possible solution like doing software via itunes, updating, resetting etc.. please someone tell me what to do?

it'll probably need a check at the apple store, as this may be a hardware issue internally.
it has some age and probably would be inexpensive to repair. also consider it might be time to upgrade to the SE if it's the form factor you are looking to keep.
