Family Sharing & Photo Stream, how to turn it off?

Hi, I am wondering how to turn off photo sharing on my daughters ipad? When I look at her settings the icloud and options under camera to turn it off are not highlighted (or available) I think because its all blocked because its under my family share account. Is there a way to activate the options so I can turn them off?

It's not in the photos app. Go to Settings > iCloud > photos > Toggle iCloud Photo Sharing off.
If it's not there and blocked, who blocked it? I didn't know it could be blocked.
There is no option under "Camera". Look for "Photos".
