Turn off Siri

Hi, all. I hope you can help. I'm trying to turn off Siri. I went to Siri & Search. Under "Ask Siri" I have two Options, " Listen for Hey Siri" and "Press Side Button:" They are toggled off. But there is no pop up or option given to Turn Off Siri. How can I do it? Thank you,

What happens when you long press on the side button?

It could be that it is disabled, and the phone reverted to the older voice assistant. You can test by asking for your schedule or the weather, it should fail.
