Because there's an issue of some sort with the artwork according to the iTunes error I've been getting...

Honestly, that's a better option anyway. Pretty sad when you think about it.

I know right? Kind of defeats the purpose of having the app.

Could be that the developers are working in a update to fix the problem and it will let you download again at a later time.

Yeah... there?s still something wonky about this update... it won?t install on either my iPhone 5S or on iTunes...

same here...now i have an annoying little red notification icon on my app store

Try again now - I was just now able to download the update...

Seems like it finally updated and the annoying red badge app is gone and FB hasn't crashed yet (keeping my fingers crossed)

FaceBook Version 6.7.1 is stuck in limbo. Will not download on my iPad no matter what I do, but it did download on my wife's iPad, go figure...

Guess I spoke too soon. I couldn't open Facebook this morning. I had to delete it and reinstall the old version.

Facebook 6.7.1 update is fixed. Installed fine this morning.
