"evasion.exe. has stopped working" Help!

So I am trying to update my iPod touch 4th gen and its running 6.1.2. I tried running the evasi0n program and it keeps saying "evasi0n.exe. has stopped working.." I have restart both my computer and iPod. Oh and my computer has Windows 7. Does anyone else have/had this problem? Any solutions? Thanks!

I just downloaded it so I'm guessing it is...

you might have to run the evasi0n file as admin - right click file, Run as Admin

Mostly just version updates to keep up with iOS, but this one also had some language localization features.
