Cydia Apps 4.3.1 Incompatibility List?

Celeste Bluetooth File Sharing isn't working due to Action Menu being incompatible. What stinks is I bought this app for $9.99 with no knowledge of it not working until I already bought it. The developer says they are working on it, but tell my $9.99 less bank acct. that! If your app doesn't work or is incompatible you should make amendments or stop selling it. Pretty please, with sugar on top.
