can't hear phone calls??!!

when I first got my phone i could hear the calls, but now I have to use the speaker phone to talk to anyone-and yes the speaker is ALL the way up, this sucks!! I called Verizon and waiting to talk to tech support...

You can try a hard reboot which is holding lock and home button together until the phone reboots or do a restore in iTunes. if neither work, your phone is bad

Maybe it has some water damage in the speaker??

ok...not to make you think im stupid but this happened to me when i got mine, and it was because i had the screen protector that came with the phone on it, and there is no hole where the speaker is. i had to keep it while waiting for my clearcoat. so idk...maybe you took it off and put it back on
