Can my friend see my dad’s iCloud photos?

So I gave one of my friends my dads App Store account so he can download an app , I was using the phone and he doesn't know the password and I signed out immediately after that , can he still see photos from my dads iCloud account , guys I need an answer asap please

If you only signed in on his phone in iTunes, then signed out, then no, he can't see anything. He would have only been able to see anything if it had been signed in to your Dad's iCloud account. But not iTunes. Either way, if you signed out, you should be OK.
