Call Volume

Has anybody got a fix for poor call volume on the XS ? I have had this problem since I purchased this phone, once or twice I have had decent volume but most of the time I struggle to hear what is being said. I have made the volume link to the buttons,turned up the control centre to max,turned the equaliser to Late Night,in Accessibility turned on ambient noise cancelling. and in Sounds and Haptics turned up my ringtone to max.
So what happens is,I get a good loud ring,when I pick up the phone the ring tone quietens (I think it is supposed to),and when I answer the phone the volume will be low to negligible. As I have said the phone is capable of louder call volumes,but I just can’t make it do it, Any ideas ?

That’s not normal

Assuming you talking about the ear piece volume and not the speaker phone then I would definitely have it checked out
