I'm getting a black iTunes Store app on a 4S running ios 7. I've done resets, logged in and out of itunes, closed the app and such.

iTunes has been having issues since yesterday. iPhone, iPad, AppleTV, etc. If a hard reset doesn't fix the issue just wait a bit.

When I have iTunes issues on my phone, I force quit the app and logout of iTunes on my phone. Open the app, then log in.
