Battery life has suddenly tanked

Got my 5s the end of September and it has performed beautifully until the last week or so. Suddenly my phone was dying before the end of my 8 hour shift. Tonight it redlined after only 6 hours. There hasn't been any particular change in my apps or usage. Any suggestions?
