Battery drain with greenpoison JB?

I JB with greenpoison and wondered if the battery usage was normal shown in screenshot?
Also is it necessary to kill all running processes shown in sbsettings once the actual programs are closed? Will not doing do kill the battery faster?

Well, you have about 40% battery left after 4 and a half hours of use. There is nothing wrong with that.
Most programs just save state when they are closed. Some are just recently closed programs that remain in the task switcher. You can get Remove Recents from Cydia and this will help clean up the task switcher. If closing everything else makes you feel better, by all means do it. It certainly does not hurt.

I haven't had any battery problems with greenpois0n.

You could always try restoring and then jailbreaking and setting up as new if you think you're battery life isn't up to par.
