Are there any good ringtone apps?

I,m a heavy equipment operator and find it next to impossible to hear my iPhone at work.
Even with the volume turned up all the way and vibrate on I still can,t hear it.
I have also listened to the selection of ringtones on device and have selected the loudest one but it still isn,t loud enough.
Have messed up my hearing a little by not wearing earplugs when I was younger.
Are there any apps that play high pitch sounds or loud noises or would sounds be limited to the max volume of phone? Thanks in advance.

you can try the edge- they have a bunch of free tones- still need to sync with your computer tho
