Apps download issues

Hi! =)

I just found out that I cannot download nor update apps. They just will not download.
On the home screen, I will see a blank grey circle for an app and will stay like that because it will not download.
And in the App Store, I see updates but when I press on "Update", I see the circle with the 'stop' square in it, but the circle is not getting bold. They are not downloading at all.
I highly doubt Google Docs (73.8 MB) would take 2 hours to download.
Anyone else got this issue?

Yeah, I know what you mean, It has happened to me a couple of times before, I usually fix it by turning on /off my device or erasing the app and downloading it again.

I tried a hard reset, turning it off and on again and even redownloading the apps.

Have you check the apple website to see if there is an App Store outage?
