Apple App Store Issues! Please help!

This has to be a problem that is affecting other people. It keeps asking me to accept new terms and condtions when I go to install an app and I agree to it and then try to install the app and it asks the same thing all over again. It just keeps repeating itself. What is going on?

I had to go through all 65 pages before clicking agree... That's when I t finally worked for me.
