Alternative to BB's LED notification on iPhone 5?

If you guys will check out Flash Enhancer in Cydia. This is a flash indicator to use with SMS, Calls, Emails, Push Notifications, etc.. This is 100% customizable. However, there is no color indicator. It will allow you to change the number of flashes or even the frequency of the flash. Hope this helps.
