AirPlay Video Streaming - Minimum Windows System Requirements

My Windows CPU can stream video for a time, to my Apple TV, until the video stops. Is there a list of minimum system requirements? I'm thinking my CPU processor isn't up to snuff. My 3rd gen iPad can stream 1080p to the Apple TV with no hiccups. The Apple TV is 3rd gen too. My CPU is a budget laptop that's a few years old.

Thanks, but this doesn't mention much in terms of specs. But like I said, my CPU is really bottom of the barrel. I was surprised it worked as long as it did!
