Adding purchased song to playlist on phone?

How do you now add a purchased song to a playlist on the phone? In iOS6 it was easy to "edit" the list and add new songs to an existing playlist. In iOS7 you can "edit" and delete songs but I can't find how to add new ones. I know I can do it thru iTunes, but I want to be able to do it on my phone.

on iTunes on the phone, you edit the playlist and add songs from the songs list.
