A bit confused...Are purplera1n and redsn0w officially released?

Meaning are they through with beta? I'm considering JB'ing my phone, but I want to make sure that the JB programs are through with the beta testing and can consider their programs an "official release".

They don't release any beta software. So what is out is the finished product. That's not to say they won't improve it over time.
