Question 14 pro/pro max screen sensitivity or self touch

I’ve had my 14 pro max for about 3 months now. As much as I love this phone and it does everything I need plus way more then I would need. I have been having one issue which get under my skin at time. Not sure if this happens to other 14 model users but I feel the screen always swipes or touches something and scroll back on app or back to previous page or so on it own or light touched when I feel like I didn’t and it gets annoying. Not sure if I am making sense or this happens anyone else but please let me know. Thank you

I haven’t experienced anything like that with my iPhone 14 Pro.

I think you're facing a Ghost touch issue! Are you using any screen protectors on the phone?

no I dont use any screen protector on this phone

I havent faced this issue probably cause Im using a Tempered Glass Screen Protector. A Screen Protector usually avoids false touches. Other reasons could be unclean hands where the dirt/debris on your screen is causing this issue so use a dry cloth preferable Micro Fiber Cloth to wipe the screen. Software issue could be the last resort to this problem so try restarting your device and keep it up to date at all times.
Additionally, you can check Touch Sensitivity option on setting to reduce it accordingly.
If none of these work, I would suggest taking your device to Apple Support.
