Spotify: Songs not showing up

My Spotify playlists do not show all songs that I have on my devices. Example say I have 1000 songs in a given playlist. On the computer I only see a list of like 400.

Why would this be? Using the same internet connection.

Uninstalled Spotify on computer then reinstalled that did not help.

No the songs do not show up on my computers spotify installation.
