Any alternatives to MewSeek that edits tags

Hey guys it's been a while since I've posted here huh? Well my question to you guys is if any of you know of an alternative to the MewSeek tweak, preferably one that also lets me edit tags of a song, reason being is that one of my songs comes out showing numbers and letters, before you say why not use iTunes is cause I'm fed-up with it not recognizing my phone and having to go through tedious steps to make it re-recognize it. So yea do any of you guys know of any tweaks like MewSeek that enables the use of tag editing, doesn't matter if it's paid or not I can spend some cash in the Cydia store (getting my paycheck tomorrow).

I think the tweak bridge lets you edit the id3 tags but I can't remember
