iPhone 3G Restore Errors 23, 1600 and 1601

Hello guys,

I have a 3G at the moment. It has 06.15.00 BB. Not powering on. I mean no boot logo shows. But when i connect it to the computer, itunes pops up and says that i have a device in the recovery mode and i need to restore it before i can use it.

Then,

1. 1 I try to restore to original 3.1.3 ipsw - as it is known to restore succesfully when you have a 06.15.00 BB - but i get error 23.
   
2. 2 When i try to install the original 4.2.1 ipsw, again i get error 23.
   
3. 3 After i put the phone into pwned DFU mode with iREB v4, i try to restore to custom 3.1.3 ipsw that has been built by sn0wbreeze and pwnage tool, and get the error 1600.
   
4. 4 After i put the phone into pwned DFU mode with iREB v4, i try to restore to custom 4.2.1 ipsw that has been built by sn0wbreeze and pwnage tool, and get the error 1601.
   

Anybody has any idea how i can get out of this???
